Refund Policy

Users can only cancel their order before it is shipped, which is usually around two hours after receiving the order confirmation.

Therefore, to request a refund, you will have to initiate the return procedure. The related instructions are available below.

Purchased products can be replaced. Any replacement requests must be sent within 14 days of the date the order was placed, following the below procedures.

Pursuant to and in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/05, given that the purchase is made remotely and away from business premises, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

You can return one or more items for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for return

Items must not have been altered and must be returned with all labels and a packaging suitable for the transport.

All returned items will be inspected by Witty and must meet all the parameters. Witty reserves the right to reject any exchange/refund requests that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the above return policy.

How to return an item

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items under our return policy terms and conditions within 14 days of receipt of the order.

The refund is made by re-crediting the amount through the same payment method used for the initial purchase or through a Witty discount voucher.

Bank transfer - within 30 working days.

PayPal - within 7 working days or, if possible, immediately.
