Witty turns on but the charging does not start
If Witty turns on but the charging does not start, there may be a connection issue between Witty and the device. Possible issues may be:
- With the USB cable. We suggest that you try with a different USB cable;
- With the adapter. We suggest that you try with a different adapter and, if not available, that you use a USB A cable or adapter;
- With the charger. We suggest that you try with a different charger.
